Family Center for Health Care is nearing completion of a major expansion. As medical Professionals come to our community, it is imperative that we are able to accommodate not only their needs but their patients as well. Originally the clinic was built to house two physicians. There are now five practitioners at Family Center for Health Care. The expansion will take our original 3800 sq. ft and add on to that over 8,000 sq. ft.

According to Tama Unger, Director of Community Relations for Citizens Medical Center,Inc, "Anytime one pushes a facility's capacity beyond its limits, there are long term effects. However, Family Center for Health Care is now firmly set for the future with up-to-date facilities and equipment. This is not only good for patients, but our community as it helps us recruit and retain medical professionals, and allows us the space and modernization that a 21st Century patient expects".
